What truco on Barajamos offers
- With your friends, through a link
- Create the room, share the link or the code and everyone plays from home. Nobody has to sign up or download anything.
- Public table
- “Find a game” puts you together with other people who want to play. If it takes a while to fill up, bots can complete the table.
- Against bots, at your own pace
- Three levels: Tavern Apprentice, Felt Fox and Salon Legend. The game is saved in your browser and carries on where it stopped if you reload the page.
- Your pair decides with you
- When truco is called on you, both partners vote on whether to accept. If you do not agree within ten seconds, the pair runs.
- Vira and manilhas in plain sight
- The table shows the vira and tells you which cards are the manilhas of the hand, and the scoreboard counts how far you are from 12.
- Chips, ranking and five languages
- Every game earns chips. With a Google account, your progress is saved on all your devices. The table speaks Spanish, Valencian, Portuguese, English and French.
The rules in a minute
Two pairs, three cards each and up to three rounds per hand. The essentials:
- It is played with the 40-card Spanish deck, without eights or nines. After the deal, the next card of the stock is turned face up: the vira.
- Manilhas: the four cards of the number after the vira beat all the others. The highest is the zap, the one of clubs.
- The pair that takes two rounds wins the hand.
- Truco: the hand becomes worth 3 and can go up to Six, Nine and Twelve.
- The game is to 12. A pair that reaches 11 plays the hand of eleven.
