The rules in a minute
Two pairs, three cards each and up to three tricks per hand. The essentials:
- It is played with 22 cards: the 3 to the 7 of each suit, plus the ace of swords and the ace of clubs. The highest is the ace of swords.
- The pair that takes two tricks wins the hand.
- Envit: a bet on the best two cards of the same suit (20 plus their numbers). It is called before the Truc is seen.
- Truc: raises what the hand is worth: Truc (2), Retruc (3), Quatre val (4) and Joc fora, which plays for the whole game.
- Each cama is 24 points and the pair that closes two wins.
